1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and rbet ("rbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the rbet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the rbet website and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the rbet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by rbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rbet platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with rbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rbet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on rbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines. rbet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a person who has been excluded from online gaming platforms, whether through self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of rbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You must maintain only one (1) account on rbet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

rbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by rbet may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify rbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Ensure that you log out of your rbet account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless you have notified rbet of a security breach in accordance with these Terms.

rbet will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from rbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to rbet support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on rbet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rbet supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at rbet's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal Fees: rbet does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees as disclosed at the time of the transaction.
• Verification: rbet may require identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.

rbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In such cases, rbet will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable across all rbet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. rbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• rbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the rbet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on rbet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

rbet uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from licensed game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. rbet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. All game results are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, rbet reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager to the player's account. rbet's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on rbet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the rbet platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the rbet platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to rbet support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the rbet platform.
• Accessing the rbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your rbet account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of rbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the rbet platform without the prior written consent of rbet. Any unauthorised use of rbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rbet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the rbet platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond rbet's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the rbet platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays that are subject to system latency.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable game rules.

rbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

rbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. rbet recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the rbet platform may request self-exclusion through rbet support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Suspension and Termination

rbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in rbet's account inactivity policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. rbet will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rbet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with rbet through the following process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit a detailed description of your dispute to rbet customer support. rbet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to rbet's compliance team, who will review the matter and provide a final written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved following the escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

All game outcomes and transaction records maintained by rbet's systems shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts recorded therein in any dispute resolution process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

rbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the rbet platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the rbet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
